What is the commission structure?
Commission is paid on up to 6 levels with the 1st and 6th level being 10% and 2, 3, 4 and 5 levels paying 5%. The plan was made to benefit both the part time and full time distributor.
Are there any online advertising/marketing restrictions:
YES! The free website as a Candle of the Month member includes not only the in depth description of the company and products but also a storefront for use by customers placing orders online!
Are consultants able to get their own company website?
Is a company email address available for consultants/representatives?
Your personal email address is listed on your website. This is an email address that
you choose for your business needs.
Can customers place orders online thru you or the company website directly?
You can place orders online, face to face or through email or telephone. The free website you are provided with accepts online orders through a "storefront". Visa and MasterCard are accepted at your storefront. You can also take orders via telephone or email.
Can customers pay online or pay you directly?
Customers can pay at the online storefront website using credit cards. If you take orders over the telephone or email, you can request payment up front by check or cash, or sign up with a merchant business to accept credit cards on your own. We have friends in the
business that make this transition a piece of cake.
Are there hostess exclusive products?
Typically each hostess makes 10-20% on all sales of products. This can either be obtained in free products, or in cash! The distributor works closely with hostesses to determine what they would like to receive. No party is ever the same. The distributor has the exclusive right to offer hostesses as many bonuses as he or she desires.
How do you generate business?
Craft fairs, expos, festivals; Home parties; Face to face; Fundraising with local schools, sports teams, etc., open houses, etc. Drop off an "appreciation" jar candle to your dentist's office and let the selling begin! It's our "smell and sell" technique - works every time!
Is there a yearly company convention or award ceremony?
Summer "Fling" is hosted in Wilkes Barre, PA in July annually, however, all year long there are different events and training conferences held at many different locales throughout the US. A company newsletter is sent out periodically outlining the various venues, training, etc. for upcoming seminars. These aren't stuffy. They are truly a lot of fun!
Are there awards to be won, can you earn trips, vehicles, etc?
Yes, there are car bonus programs, monthly bonus pools and many other bonuses and awards. The company offers many different incentives.
What promotional items are available for consultants?
There are three optional business starter packages that a distributor can purchase when they first begin with Mia Bella Candles, or at any time during their business. Each pack offers substantial wholesale savings, thereby making your bottom line profit higher.
