Leads are not refundable.  However, if you come across a lead that has a bad number (fax machine, wrong person, disconnected), underage, or previously contacted, the lead will be replaced.  Leads that are not interested in your opportunity or say that they did not request the information will not be replaced.  All leads come with valid IP addresses which indicate that someone did request information. 

FREE leads will not be replaced (either from a promotion or a contest).

** Bad email leads will not be replaced. If there is a working phone number, it's a good lead. 

You must return these leads within 7 days of purchase. Please provide the name and specifics of each lead so it can be followed up on.

Aged leads are "aged" leads and will not be replaced. These are not fresh and can not be guaranteed.
